KEEP OUR STREETS & CANALS CLEAN

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LAWN SERVICE PROFESSIONALS

DO:

. Collect and properly dispose of yard debris.

. Use designated waste facilities.

. Keep streets, drains, and canals clear.

DO NOT:

. Blow grass clippings, leabes or debris into the street.

. Stack yard waste near or on storm drains.

. Dump palm fronds, branches, or debris into canals or waterway.

KEEP OUT OF DRAINS:

. Trash: bottles, wrappers, cigarette butts.

. Yard waste: leaves, grass, branches.

. Chemicals: oil, paint, fertilizers, cleaning products.

BENEFITS:

PREVENT FLOODING:

Storm drains move rainwater away from streets and properties. When clogged, they can't do their job, leading to flooding.

DO NOT:

Storm drains flow directly into canals, rivers, and oceans, without treatment. Anything entering a drain can pollute our water supply and harm wildlife.

KEEP OUT OF DRAINS:

Clear drains ensure our stormwater systems function safely and effectively
