Housing Rehabilitation Program - OPEN
The City of Pompano Beach, Office of Housing and Urban Improvement (OHUI) has officially OPENED its Housing Rehabilitation Program for low-income City residents seeking assistance through the Housing Rehabilitation and Emergency Repair Programs. The Housing Rehabilitation Program will remain open until the maximum number of applicants (200) has been reached or all funds have been expended. Please see public notice below for additional details.
The city provides up to $60,000 for home repairs for income-eligible homeowners. These funds are utilized to make necessary improvements to ensure that the home is safe and meets current code requirements. Eligible repairs include correcting code violations, weatherization, roof, plumbing and electrical improvements, septic systems, etc. For more information please contact the Office of Housing and Urban Improvement at (954) 786-4659.
