The City of Pompano Beach Office of Housing and Urban Improvement (OHUI) has reached the maximum number of applications (200) and has officially CLOSED its Waiting List for the Housing Rehabilitation Program effective January 31, 2024.
Step by Step Instructions for Applying for Housing Rehabilitation through Neighborly Software
The city provides up to $60,000 for home repairs for income eligible homeowners. These funds are utilized to make necessary improvements to ensure that the home is safe and meets current code requirements. Eligible repairs include correcting code violations, weatherization, roof, plumbing and electrical improvements, septic systems, etc. The rehabilitation program is open once a year.
