Fiscal Year 2024-2025 CDBG Request for Proposal Applications IS OPEN

The City of Pompano Beach Office of Housing and Urban Improvement is pleased to announce the opening of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 CDBG Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Starting February 20, 2024, we are welcoming applications from local Non-Profits & City Jurisdictions who are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.

  • Application Period: February 20, 2024 - May 9, 2024, by 3:00pm EST
  • Submission Method: Electronic submission exclusively through Neighborly Software. Access the CDBG online application HERE.
  • Mandatory Meeting: All interested organizations must attend a MANDATORY Meeting on March 21, 2023, at 4:00pm in the City Commission Chambers Conference Room. This meeting includes oral presentations from organizations to the City’s Community Development Advisory Committee, a vital component of the application process.
