CDBG Senior Roof Replacement Program

PROGRAM OPEN- April 20, 2026

The City of Pompano Beach Office of Housing and Urban Improvement is pleased to offer the CDBG Senior Roof Replacement Program. This grant program provides up to $30,000 to assist eligible homeowners with the cost of roof replacement.

To qualify, applicants must be City of Pompano Beach residents who are 62 years of age or older or disabled, meet very low- or low-income limits, and occupy the home as their primary residence. Eligible properties must be single-family homes with 100% homestead exemption. Applicants must also have homeowner’s insurance, be current on their mortgage and property taxes, not own any additional property, and have household assets not exceeding $50,000.

Funding is limited, and applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-qualified basis.
