Harbor Village Parking

The City’s paid parking program in the Harbor Village area will launch on January 17th, 2023. In January, the City will install several prominently displayed signs with directions on how to download and use the phone app to pay for parking. If patrons/guests choose not to use the pay by phone app, other payment options will include a toll-free number to initiate a parking session or payment can be made at two pay station meters in the parking area. For businesses/customers that require quick pick-up or delivery, 15-minute time-limited free spaces have been designated within the Harbor Village lots and on NE 27th and NE 28th Avenues.

Over time, the number of food and beverage establishments (like the incoming food hall, Bite Eatery) is predicted to grow, and so will parking demand. Paid parking helps to ensure that spaces are available for Harbor Village Shops customers. Paid parking decreases congestion and ensures more available parking on a consistent basis.

• Parking is never free: the choice is to pay directly or indirectly.
• Scaled rates balance supply and demand.
• On demand Ride-share services will be provided free of charge from designated off-site parking lots to Harbor Village for employees who purchase monthly parking passes.

All other Pompano Beach residents going to the Harbor Village Shops may enjoy a 20% resident discount for hourly parking through the Pay by Phone App. To qualify for the discount, residents must complete an online form and download the App by visiting the Google Play or the App Store.

The parking in front of the retail shops facing East Atlantic Boulevard, the side streets, and the metered spaces on NE 1^st Street will be paid public parking.

Harbor Village Parking Rates:

$1.50 per hour weekdays
$1.80 per hour weekends
$2.15 per hour during certain holidays or events, such as the Fourth of July

Arrival

• Enter at south entrance for self-parking
• Pull up to ticket station
• Grab ticket
• Proceed and park only on 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor. The floors are color-coordinated: 2nd floor is green, 3rd floor is red, and 4th floor is yellow

Departure

• At end of your visit, locate a kiosk on the 1^st through 4th floors of the garage. Pay with your card using Tap to Pay, or with your phone using Apple Pay or Google Pay, and return to your vehicle to exit.
• At the exit you can scan your paid ticket (or)
• Pay with your card using Tap to Pay, or with your phone using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Once the gate opens, drive safely.

The 1st floor is for valet parking only

Pay by App

Pompano Beach makes it a breeze to park with PayByPhone or Passport Parking. These apps let you pay for all beach and surface parking from any smart phone, mobile device, or the website. To register, just have your credit or debit card handy.

1. Download Passport Parking app or visit www.ppprk.com
2. Look for zone on signage
3. Capture your tag
4. Open app
5. Look for passport parking signs and decals
6. Enter zone, and vehicle tag number or space
7. Enter length of stay
8. Enter payment information

Monthly and resident parking permit holders are only allowed to use their parking permit at the Oceanside Lot, 100 N. Riverside Drive Pompano Beach, FL 33062 from 6am-9pm. Outside of these hours, monthly and resident permit holders are subject to paying an hourly rate.

1. Take note of your tag number
2. Enter tag number on the screen

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available to patrons of Oceanic Restaurant and Beach House only – the valet kiosk is located on Pompano Beach Boulevard in front of the restaurants

Accessible Parking

Handicap parking permits or tags must be properly displayed and only used when vehicle is transporting person to whom the displayed permit is issued. If the permit holder is not exiting the vehicle, then the permit may not be used.

Vehicles with marked disabled plates may park in any marked space in for free for the first four (4) hours

Parking garage:

• A valid handicap permit or tag does NOT exempt the driver from paying parking fees
• ADA permit holders must pay the hourly parking fee
• Parking is available only on Levels 2, 3, or 4. Levels 1 and 5 are restricted to valet and monthly or resident parking permits.

Correct use of a disabled parking permit

• Hang permit on your rearview mirror.
• Hang permit so expiration date can be seen.
• Have permit registration with you at all times.
• Make sure permit is not expired.
• Park properly in disabled space.
• Remove permit before driving.
• Get permit replaced immediately if lost.
• Return permit to DMV if permit is no longer needed.
• Always use YOUR OWN PERMIT ONLY.
• Be courteous to police or parking official.

Incorrect use/abuse of a disabled parking permit

• Don’t use someone else’s permit (including relative).
• Don’t park in Access Aisle (Striped Area). The fine for parking in an Access Aisle is $255, even with a permit.
• Don’t drive with permit hanging on rearview mirror.
• Don’t use an expired permit.
• Don’t put permit on dash with expiration date covered up.
• Don’t let anyone else use your permit including close family members and relatives.
