To appeal:
You can bring your citation, along with your driver’s license, to the office located at 3460 NE 3rd St, Pompano Beach, Florida, to complete your citation appeal form or fill out the form below and attach a copy of your driver’s license and a copy of your citation.
The parking department will first review the appeal. If the appeal is granted, you will not be required to pay the citation and will be informed of the department's decision regarding the change in your parking citation status.
If your appeal is denied, you will be notified and can request a court date to contest the parking citation. Your case will be sent to the City Attorney’s Office for review and to determine if a case will be filed at the Broward County Courthouse for a judge to hear the evidence, upon which you will receive a notice with the mandatory court date.
