NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ON NW 6^th AVENUE

Updates will be continuously added as this project progresses.

The Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency would like to inform you of planned roadway improvements on NW 6^th Avenue

Timeline: Expect road closures beginning December 7^th at 8:00 P.M. Construction is anticipated to be completed within 180 days.

Road closures will take place December 7^th at 8:00 P.M. on the NW 6^th Avenue and NW 10^th Street intersection and on the NW 6^th Avenue and NW 6^th Street intersection.

• Access to residences and businesses will be maintained at all times.

• Alternate routes are available: NW 3rd AVE, NW 15th ST, NW 4th ST, and NW 8th ST and Dr. MLK Boulevard.

The Roadway Improvements include:

Removal of existing roundabouts and replacement with raised intersections and controlled stop signs at the following intersections:

NW 6^th Avenue and NW 6^th Street

NW 6^th Avenue and NW 8^th Street

NW 6^th Avenue and NW 10^th Street

Roadway repaving:

NW 6^th Avenue from Atlantic Boulevard to NW 15^th Street
