The City of Pompano Beach is celebrating Black History Month by partnering with the Tiger Trail Committee for the Tiger Trail Festival this Saturday, February 18th from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The Tiger Trail Festival will be three blocks of fun for the entire family on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard between Blanche Ely Avenue (NW 6th Avenue) to Esther Rolle Avenue (NW 3rd Avenue).
The event has something fun and exciting for everyone! There will be a Kids' Zone from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with face painting, train rides, a video gaming truck, bounce house, petting zoo, pony rides and a creativity table.
There will be food for sale by various food trucks and artisan vendors. Several organizations will be on hand to provide important information, services and materials.
Local talent will perform on two stages. Headliners include Mike Smiff, The Rude Boys, Changing Faces, Kut Klose and JT Money.
