The City of Pompano Beach and its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will hold a Special Joint Meeting on Wednesday, April 30th, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at 100 W. Atlantic Boulevard.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to provide an update on the New Downtown Development Project to include the proposed First Amendment to the approved Master Development Agreement, proposed Master Project Resolution relating to additional Project elements and construction participation incentives, funding options for the Downtown Project and documents relating to such funding options.
