The Pompano Beach City Commission will hold two Special City Commission Meetings for the purpose of Budget Hearings on Monday, September 14th, 2026, and Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026. Both meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the City Commission Chambers located at 100 West Atlantic Boulevard.

At the first Budget Hearing on September 14th, the City Commission will:

• Adopt the tentative millage rate resolutions for FY 2027,
• Adopt the tentative budgets for FY 2027 for the City and the EMS Special District, and
• Adopt the final fire assessment fees for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027,

At the second Budget Hearing on September 23rd, the City Commission will:

• Formally adopt the final millage rate resolutions for FY 2027,
• Adopt the final budgets for FY 2027 for the City and the EMS Special District, and
• Adopt the FY 2027–2031 Capital Improvement Plan.
