The celebration will take place on Tuesday, December 2^nd, at 10:00 a.m. at Pompano Community Park, located at 1801 NE 8th Street. The public is invited to join the excitement.

This much-anticipated project represents a significant leap forward in delivering fresh, innovative outdoor experiences for residents of all ages and skill levels. The new skatepark will provide a safe, vibrant, and fully inclusive space designed for skateboarders, BMX riders, scooter users, and families seeking to be active, have fun, and connect with the community.

Developed with valuable input from local riders and neighborhood stakeholders, the park will showcase dynamic features for beginners, intermediates, and advanced thrill-seekers alike, ensuring everyone has a place to ride, learn, and push their limits.

Construction is set to begin immediately after the groundbreaking, with the cutting-edge facility expected to open its doors by late 2026.
