Mayor’s Chess Challenge

Pompano Beach Cultural Center | 50 W. Atlantic Boulevard

Saturday, March 4th

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Pompano Beach Mayor Rex Hardin invites everyone to join him along with mayors throughout Broward County for the Mayor’s Chess Challenge. The free event will be held on Saturday, March 4^th, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center located at 50 W. Atlantic Boulevard.

The Mayor’s Chess Challenge is spearheaded by Sunrise Mayor Michael J. Ryan in cooperation with Mayors from throughout Broward County.

This event welcomes players of all ages and skill levels. It is not a chess tournament, but a non-competitive open play event designed to build confidence and expand the appreciation for this intellectually stimulating game of strategy. No registration is required.
