Joint Workshop of the City Commission and CRA

The City of Pompano Beach and its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will hold a Joint Workshop on Tuesday, April 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the City’s Cultural Center First Front Meeting Room located at 50 W. Atlantic Boulevard.
The purpose of the Workshop is to provide an update on the New Downtown Development Project, including the architects obtaining input from the City Commission/CRA Board on the design for the new City Hall, City/CRA staff obtaining input from the City Commission/CRA Board on proposed first amendment to the Master Development Agreement, proposed Master Project Resolution for additional project elements and project incentives and financing for civic facilities.
