Advisory Board Submittal Form

All projects reviewed by Planning and Zoning Staff and the City’s Advisory Boards require the submittal of an application with original signatures in order for the review process to start. The form below is only for projects which already have an application on file with the City. Click on the following link for a list of all application types and how to apply for each:

Application Types and Submission Requirements

Fill in the following information to submit to the Architectural Appearance Committee, Planning and Zoning Board, or to resubmit to the Development Review Committee.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Please be aware that any email or correspondence you provide to the City of Pompano Beach becomes a public record and may be subject to disclosure to anyone who requests it under the State's Public Records Laws, to another government agency as required by state or federal law; and/or in response to a court or administrative order, subpoena or search warrant. Your correspondence may be subject to inspection and copying by the public, unless an exception in law exists.
