Pompano Beach Fire Rescue Event Participation Request

To request a fire engine and/or a fire department representative for your event or to schedule a fire station tour, please complete the form at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Please note: Participation at community events is coordinated around firefighters' training schedule. Firefighters will be on-duty; therefore, they may be late and/or have to leave during the event to respond to an emergency.

Equipment MUST be positioned to easily respond to emergencies. Do not block equipment, entrances, or exits.
For equipment requests, choose a time between 9:00am - 12:00pm or between 1:30pm - 4:00pm

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Please be aware that any email or correspondence you provide to the City of Pompano Beach becomes a public record and may be subject to disclosure to anyone who requests it under the State's Public Records Laws, to another government agency as required by state or federal law; and/or in response to a court or administrative order, subpoena or search warrant. Your correspondence may be subject to inspection and copying by the public, unless an exception in law exists.
