Join the City of Pompano Beach Parks and Recreation Department on Tuesday, July 4 for our Annual 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza.This event will begin at 5:30pm with live music from Rubixx Band, an 80's Tribute Band. Then, at 7:00pm, the Speaker Box Band will take the stage to perform some of your favorite Top Hits from the 80’s through today! All live music will take place on the beach, just south of the Fisher Family Pier.
The Firework Show begins at 9pm- you won't want to miss it!
Parking at the Pier Parking Garage will be $20, CASH ONLY!
See below for FAQs. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome; however, personal fireworks, glass containers, alcohol, personal drones and pets are prohibited. The Fisher Family Pier will be closed Monday, July 4 and will reopen regular hours on Tuesday, July 5.
Available parking is located at the end of Atlantic Blvd and A1A. Both street parking and the pier garage are also available. Starting at 8:45 p.m., eastbound vehicular traffic going on to the barrier island will be shut down for the duration of the fireworks show. They will reopen once the fireworks have ended. Pedestrians will still have access to walk across the bridge the entire day and night.

The Pier will be CLOSED on Tuesday, July 4 and will re-open Wednesday, July 5 at 7 AM.
At 8:45 pm, the Atlantic Blvd Bridge will be CLOSED to vehicular traffic until after the fireworks show. Pedestrians will still have access to walk across the bridge the entire day and night.

Due to the number of people, the heat, and many pets' reactions to fireworks, we ask that pets celebrate at home.
Pop-up tents size 10x10 or smaller are permitted. Blankets and lawn chairs are also welcome.

The fireworks will be launched from a barge at the end of the Fisher Family Pier at 9 PM. Our fireworks are eco-friendly and will not harm our ocean or marine life.
