It was a room filled with energy and a shared love for our community. But beyond the celebration, the event served as a powerful reminder: the future of Pompano Beach isn't just decided by City officials—it’s shaped by the residents who step up to lead.

Serving on an advisory board has a real impact on how our City grows and functions. Whether you are a parent, business owner, young professional, or retiree, you offer a unique angle that can help our City!
By joining a board, you help:
- Increase Transparency & Trust: When residents are in the room asking questions and weighing options, it ensures the process remains open and fair.
- Strengthen Long-Term Planning: Instead of just reacting to problems, boards look at the "big picture"—master plans and major investments—to ensure we are planning ahead.
