McNab Road Project and School's Back
As we mentioned in our last newsletter, construction is currently underway for the McNab Road Streetscape and Bridge Replacement project, which will modernize the corridor between South Cypress Road and Federal Highway, addressing key maintenance issues and upgrading outdated infrastructure to meet current standards.
This is a crucial project for the residents of Pompano Beach; however, the project will cause traffic disruptions. Therefore, we ask residents to please drive mindfully and with understanding. We all need to contribute to ensure a safe back-to-school season for our communities!
As Broward County Public Schools welcome students back on August 11, we encourage drivers to be extra cautious and patient. With school buses making frequent stops and children walking or biking to school, the roadways will see a significant increase in pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
