New Concession Kiosk Coming to the Beach
The LM Restaurant Family — the team that brought you Oceanic and Lucky Fish — has officially broken ground on an exciting new development at 20 N. Pompano Beach Boulevard. Their entity, PB Kiosk LLC, is building a modern beach concession kiosk and significantly expanding the public restrooms. The project is slated for completion in Spring 2026 and is designed to dramatically enhance the beachfront experience for both residents and visitors.
The updated facility will feature expanded public restrooms to better accommodate the growing number of beachgoers, a new concession kiosk with a larger food preparation area, and outdoor public seating for dining and relaxation.
Once open, the kiosk will operate daily, offering a wide array of affordable, grab-and-go options. The menu will include breakfast items such as coffee, pastries, and sandwiches, alongside lunch options featuring Greek-themed dishes, hot dogs, hamburgers, and more.
“We are committed to enhancing our beachfront amenities and providing a welcoming, accessible space for everyone to enjoy,” said Mayor Rex Hardin. “We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we work to improve this important public facility.”
While temporary inconveniences may occur during the construction period, the City asks for the public’s understanding as it works toward this necessary upgrade.
