Fore! Pines Golf Course Reopens
Golfers rejoice! After a period of closure for re-grassing, our Greg Norman Signature Golf Course (The Pines) is ready for play! Re-grassing is a common process that golf courses undergo to improve the turf surface based on the growing conditions of the facility. The old grass is removed and replaced with a new variety, in this case platinum paspalum grass, which is better suited to the climate and soil conditions. This can lead to a number of benefits, including:

- Better ball lie: New grasses can provide a more consistent playing surface, which can lead to better ball lie.

During this renovation phase, the City also rebuilt all the bunkers and increased the size of the Par Three Tees to minimize wear and tear.
