Sgt. Kip A. Jacoby Park

The City has enhanced the Sergeant Kip A. Jacoby Park with an all-inclusive playground that features equipment designed to encourage side-by-side play for all children. The new pieces improve physical, cognitive, creative, and social skills for all children, while offering a welcoming atmosphere!

Beach Accessibility

Pompano Beach is home to six Beach Wheelchair Access Points along our shoreline and have two beach wheelchairs available for public use, which make the beach accessible to our residents and visitors! The beach wheelchairs are available seven days a week from 9am to 7pm during daylight savings and 8am to 5pm the rest of the year. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and we ask the wheelchairs be returned a half hour prior to closing.

For more information, visit Lifeguard Tower 2 or 7 or call the Visitors Center at (954) 786-5570.
